Malahat Skywalk
On Vancouver Island, British Columbia, there is a well-known attraction called Malahat Skywalk, which offers a unique nature experience to both locals and tourists. It can be accessed by car via the Trans-Canada Highway. Malahat Skywalk consists of a tower and walkway.
Malahat Tower
A 32-meter-tall spiral-shaped tower attracts tourists on a large scale. As the tower opened in 2021, it immediately attracted the attention of many visitors worldwide. The tower is designed according to every aspect; the ramp is designed with a gradual incline so that strollers, wheelchairs, and other mobility-challenged visitors can also be able to visit.
Note!
Ideal to visit in the rainy season (November to March) when the flow is at its peak.
Additionally, it has an observation deck at the top, which gives a 360 view of where it can be seen.
“Saanich Peninsula” to the south, the sparkling waters of “The Finlayson Arm” inlet, “The Gulf Islands,” and “Mount Baker,” an iconic snow-capped peak in Washington State.
Interestingly, the deck’s floor is made up of glass, which adds more excitement and elevates the scenic view. The tower also allows one to descend through a side ramp for thrills and adventure.
Malahat Tree Walk

For a better experience, a forest walk “Douglas Fir and Arbutus Forest” to Vancouver Island is such a wildlife spotting and photographic forest.
